01. Inquiry

I want to hear more about your vision for your day. We will schedule a meeting or phone call with you or your planner to discuss your initial wedding day details and ideal photography coverage. During this meeting I will also share more about my services and offerrings.

02. Initial Discovery Call

After our initial discovery call I will send you or your planner a custom pricing proposal based on your ideal  photography needs. Through this custom proposal you will be able to secure your date with a 30% retainer.

03. Booking

I would love to work with your planner on creating a timeline around your ideal photography coverage. I will send over a questionnaire prior to your date and have a follow up consult call before your wedding day. If you have any questions leading up to your day I am absolutely available for you.

04. Tailored Timeline

There is no better way for us to get to know each other and feel comfortable together than a photo session before your big day. I recommend this for all of my couples. It is a great way to meet and create some beautiful images  at the location of your choice.

05. Pre Wedding Photo Session

The main event…we are here for it! We will guide you through your day being sure to capture all of the big and small moments while celebrating alongside you!

Typically 8-10 hours, but all weddings are different. I will build a custom pricing collections for you based on your ideal photography coverage.

How many hours of photo coverage is your average wedding?

Yes, I love photographing elopements. Since those usually require less hours of photography coverage please inquire for custom elopment collection pricing.

Do you photograph elopements?

Most of our wedding days include a second photographer priced into your custom proposal. This helps make sure that all special moments are captured from multiple angles and allows your day to run smoothly. For some smaller microcelebrations and elopments I do not include a second photographer unless requested.

Does your pricing include a second photographer?

Yes. If you would like coverage for your welcome party or day after brunch I would be more than happy to capture those events and can build that into your custom proposal.

Do you offer complete wedding weekend coverage?

Yes! I love to travel and would be happy to meet you at your destination location for your wedding day or all of your wedding weekend events. Travel fees depend on location and will be priced into your custom proposal.

Do you travel for out of state and destination weddings?

Turnaround time for wedding galleries is no longer than 10 weeks. I want to be sure that your images are edited to perfection. I will deliver a highlight gallery for you within 1 week of the event. This is a small collection of images so that you will be able to share them with family and friends soon after your day!

When will we receive our wedding image gallery?

You will receive your images via email through an online image sharing gallery. These galleries are beautiful and very easy to navigate.  All images will be available to download in high resolution or web sized jpegs.

How will I receive my edited images?

Yes! Through your gallery you have access to a full fine art print store with many printing options. You are able to conveniently order prints, wall art or gifts directly through your gallery.

Can I order prints through my gallery?

I offer beautiful custom curated wedding albums that can be added onto your package before or after your wedding day. All albums are custom designed by Vanessa Falcone Photography.
